Key Responsibilities of a Driver Account Coordinator:
Serve as a primary point of contact for drivers, providing administrative support and excellent customer service
Assist with driver vouchers, payments, and other account‑related transactions
Address driver inquiries related to transactions, leases, and account balances
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date driver and vehicle records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Reconcile daily trip activity and prepare reports for management review
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, phone support, and scheduling
Deliver professional, timely, and high‑quality service to drivers, internal departments, and customers
Qualifications of a Driver Account Coordinator:
Previous administrative, accounting, or office support experience preferred
Strong computer skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
