If you enjoy hands-on work, fast learning, and keeping complex equipment humming, this role is for you. You’ll work under close supervision while mastering the setup and operation of several belt draw towers at once. You’ll keep quality tight, the floor organized, and the data accurate—every single shift.
Your Impact
- Configure and operate multiple belt draw towers in parallel while following prescribed methods.
- Verify product quality using visual and mechanical checks against process specifications.
- Immediately route any questionable output to more experienced operators for review.
- Complete routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to sustain performance.
- Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
- Achieve utilization goals and standard time expectations.
- Enter accurate transactions into Database/SAP.
- Document work daily—labor sheets and routers—without errors or omissions.
- Uphold all Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures every step of the way.
What You’ll Need
- Ability to read, write, and speak English; strong written and verbal communication.
- Self-driven, results-focused attitude with a collaborative approach.
- Good manual dexterity and solid hand–eye coordination.
- Skill in equipment and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience performing machine setups for production runs.
