Pay: $20-30/hour plus profit sharing. Annual earnings: $63,500-$90,000 depending on performance. Our Drain Technicians, on average, make $76,800 a year.
Schedule Options: 4 days x 10 hours (4x10s) or 5 days x 8 hours (5x8s)

We are looking for a Drain Technician who enjoys hands-on problem solving, takes pride in accurate diagnostics, and can clearly communicate solutions to homeowners.
This is a field-based role where you will inspect, diagnose, and resolve drain and sewer issues while representing a company that values professionalism, quality work, and accountability.

What You'll Do
- Perform sewer and drain inspections using camera equipment
- Always camera mainline stoppages and diagnose root causes
- Identify blockages, pipe defects, and system failures
- Clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners
- Present repair and replacement options when needed
- Provide accurate estimates and service recommendations
- Educate customers on membership options (Total Home Plan)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work vehicle
- Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams for smooth service delivery
- Follow up on open estimates and customer questions
- Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training
What We're Looking For
- Experience in drain, sewer, plumbing, or related field preferred
- Camera inspection experience is a plus (we will train the right person)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional, reliable, and accountable attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the trade
- Strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship
