What You'll Do
As a Drain Plumbing Specialist, you'll take ownership of service calls, projects, and performance:
- Diagnose residential drain issues and recommend solutions
- Perform drain cleaning services and support overflow demand
- Oversee drain repair and replacement jobs from start to finish
- Present options and confidently close service opportunities
- Coordinate with office staff to manage scheduling and priorities
- Lead and support installation crews on approved jobs
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Help mentor and develop other drain technicians
What We're Looking For
