Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and therapy assistants
- Oversee scheduling, caseloads, and department operations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards
- Monitor productivity, budgets, and department performance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
- Active license as PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP
- 2+ years of clinical experience (SNF or rehab preferred)
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and documentation requirements
