Job Overview
STATUS PDR is a growing automotive service company specializing in hail damage repair. We help vehicle owners restore their cars through a streamlined insurance claims process.
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Field-Based Sales Consultants. In this role, you will engage with customers, assess vehicle damage, and guide them through the repair and claims process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas
- Inspect vehicles for possible hail damage (training provided)
- Educate customers on the repair and insurance claims process
- Assist clients in initiating and completing claims
- Coordinate with internal teams and insurance adjusters as needed
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-up communication
