Door-to-Door Canvassing Supervisor

Prior experience managing a canvassing team required — home improvement, solar, pest control, or similar door-to-door industry strongly preferred. We're looking for an experienced Door-to Door Canvassing Supervisor to build and lead a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team.

We're looking for an experienced Door-to Door Canvassing Supervisor to build and lead a high-performing door-to-door canvassing team. This is a leadership role for someone who has already proven they can recruit, train, and manage canvassers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard canvassers on an ongoing basis
• Design and deliver training on pitch scripts, objection handling, and lead qualification
• Set and track daily/weekly KPIs (doors knocked, appointments set, conversion rates)
• Manage territory assignments and scheduling
• Coach canvassers in the field and provide ongoing performance feedback
• Handle discipline, retention, and team morale
• Report results and pipeline data to sales/marketing leadership

Requirements

• Prior experience managing a canvassing team required — home improvement, solar, pest control, or similar door-to-door industry strongly preferred
• Proven track record of hiring and retaining canvassers
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and in the field with your team
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

What We Offer

• $150,000–$250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)
