Duties
Install and assemble door frames, hardware, and related fixtures using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation.
Perform metal stud framing, trim carpentry, and fabrication tasks necessary for door and hardware installation.
Conduct door hanging, locksmithing, fixture installation, cabinet installation, and caulking to complete projects efficiently.
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with door alignment, locksets, hinges, and other hardware components.
Heavy lifting of doors, frames, and hardware components safely while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain detailed records of work performed and communicate progress with project managers and team members.
