The Kind of Work Youll be Doing:

  • Execute the Office of US Developments digital email program, including key campaigns like Giving Tuesday and Year-End.
  • Edit and write (as needed) digital direct marketing copy to ensure it is on-target for strategy, brand voice, and projected results.
  • Develop, execute, and log digital campaign test results to ensure program relevancy, improvement, and to maximize net income for projects.
  • Execute Emergency Email Appeals as assigned in an expedited process with Development Services, and coordination with the Executive Director
  • Coordinate with the Development Services Team to articulate the creative look for each digital piece to maintain brand integrity
  • Prepare quarterly presentations with analysis of previous digital marketing campaigns to evaluate response and garner test findings to apply to future work
  • Build and maintain the master digital job impact calendar/status spreadsheet, including Featured Opportunity banner ads on give.cru.org.
  • Lead weekly digital meetings with Development Services, the Executive Director, and other digital representatives to stay current on processes and jobs.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing (preferably digital)
  • 3-5 years of experience in development, marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
