    Compensation: Starting at $95,000 + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

    A respected, mission-driven post-acute rehabilitation organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations within a highly regarded rehabilitation community.

    This role provides the opportunity to shape clinical culture, develop nursing leaders, improve quality outcomes, and drive operational excellence while maintaining a resident-centered approach to care.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead all nursing operations across the facility
    • Develop and mentor RNs, LPNs, MDS Nurses, STNAs, and support staff
    • Drive exceptional resident and family satisfaction
    • Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and retention
    • Ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance
    • Oversee nursing budgets and departmental financial performance
    • Participate in quality assurance initiatives and corrective action planning
    • Manage admissions screening for clinical appropriateness
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership teams
    • Develop and update nursing policies and procedures
    • Audit nursing practices and ensure adherence to standards
    • Drive workforce engagement, accountability, and performance improvement

    What You'll Need

    • Active Ohio RN License
    • Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program
    • BSN Preferred
    • Minimum 5 years nursing experience
    • Leadership experience within long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or post-acute settings preferred
    • Working knowledge of CMS and Ohio regulations
    • Budget and operational management experience
    • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
    • EMR experience (PointClickCare, EPIC, or similar strongly preferred)
