Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 6 months of previous experience in warehousing, transportation, manufacturing, or logistics
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and general computer navigation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

• Provide administrative support for Ground & Rail warehouse operations
• File, scan, and maintain documents within company systems
• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping manifests, and labels
• Enter shipment and transportation data into company software
• Track shipments and update order status information
• Review shipping documents for accuracy, including dates, counts, and routing details
• Prepare invoices, labels, shipping paperwork, and related documentation
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide shipment updates
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse associates, and internal departments
• Identify operational issues and assist with finding solutions
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support additional warehouse and office functions as needed

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do

As a Domestic Warehouse Clerk you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
