Responsible, caring, and fun-loving individuals who love dogs are sought for a year-round part-time dog-walking position, Monday-Friday from 10 am to 2 pm, with occasional holidays and weekends.
Applicants must submit a cover letter explaining their dog experience, fit for the role, and relevant skills.
- Walk dogs in various weather conditions, ensuring safety and well-being
- Monitor play groups, transport dogs, and take off-leash adventures
- Handle waste, provide water, food, and medication as needed
- Care for cats and small pets
- Communicate with pet owners and follow instructions
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, smartphone, and pass background checks
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, handling various dog breeds and temperaments
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills required
- High school diploma or GED necessary; college a plus
