Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct safe, positive play among dogs
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment for all canine guests
- Oversee staff and dog interactions to ensure safety and fun
- Manage back-of-house operations efficiently
- Implement and train team members on corporate policies
- Identify dog play styles and behaviors, responding proactively
- Ensure guests and their owners feel comfortable and valued

Qualifications & Skills
