Job Summary
The Dog Stop ® is in need of enthusiastic Dog Bather. You will bathe dogs of all sizes and temperaments to ensure they look their best. Bathes is offered seven days a week, so weekends are a requirement, and applicants should be willing to work 5 days per week. Additional responsibilities may include cleaning kennels, brushing, and trimming nails. If you are reliable, have great time management skills, and have a love for dogs, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare dogs for grooming
- Bathe dogs and provide other cleaning and grooming services such as ear and teeth cleaning
- Adhere to strict sanitary and cleaning procedures
- Ensure the safety of the dogs at all times
- Clean kennels or bathing areas, as required
- Walk-in nail trims and gland expression
- Customer relations – develop relationships with clientele and their dogs.
- Managing busy bathing schedules and communicating progress to receptionists and groomers.
