We are seeking a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team.
- Review signed agreements for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and file UCCs to secure funding.
- Calculate taxes, residuals, and payment structures precisely.
- Input data and initiate invoicing through our platform.
- Communicate with customers to resolve documentation issues.
- Adapt contracts for equipment swaps, tax updates, or payment changes.
- Make independent decisions to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements include an associate's degree, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in finance or leasing is a plus. The role offers Monday-Friday hours, with overtime at month-end, and a comprehensive benefits package.
