QUALIFICATIONS
  • Manufacturing, production, quality, or EHS experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Safety, or Manufacturing preferred, not required
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; Spanish a plus
  • Comfortable speaking in front of groups and giving direct, respectful feedback
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain a site-wide training matrix (onboarding, job-specific, EHS, food safety, annual refresher, and incident-driven training)
  • Design and roll out a comprehensive onboarding program with clear, measurable training materials
  • Map manufacturing processes to identify where SOPs and procedures are missing or outdated
  • Write and revise SOPs with area leadership and QA; support EHS task risk assessments
  • Serve on the internal audit team and GMP team; keep all training and documentation audit-ready
  • Partner with department leads to reinforce a culture of compliance and continuous improvement
