Job Title: Document Specialist Job Location: Parma, OH (Onsite with Free parking) Job Duration: 12 Months Shift - Mon-Fri/ 7AM-3PM ( Overtime: Possible depending on workload) Interview Type: In-person group interviews (Wednesday/Thursday mornings at 9 AM) Job Description: Responsibilities Separate and open mail Prep documents for scanning Perform glass copies and other assigned duties Lift items weighing 1050 LBS Alternate between standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting Bring lunch (30-minute lunch break), vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves available Cell phones must be silent and stored in lockers never on the floor Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and understand instructions in English Basic PC and typing skills Basic computer knowledge for training and scanning tasks Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships Flexibility to adapt to changing situations Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and output standards Willingness to work multiple shifts (nights, weekends, overtime, holidays) depending on workload Ability to work in a production facility with moderate to high noise levels Ability to cope with moderate stress levels for extended periods Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours per day Ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 lbs (floor to waist height, carry 10 feet, lower back to floor) Preferred Experience Prior industry experience Knowledge of printing and scanning equipment Dress Code Business casual Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
