Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.Job Title: Document SpecialistJob Location: Mason, OH (Onsite)Job Duration: 3+ MonthsShift - Mon-Fri/ 7:45 AM-4:15 PMDress Code Business Casual No open-toe shoesInterview Type Phone interviewJob Duties Open, sort, and prepare vision claim forms for scanning Learn and accurately identify ~45 different document types Categorize documents correctly after training Operate copier/printer for making copies Retrieve mail and documents throughout the office Lift and carry up to 25 lbs (mail tubs, trays, paper)Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1 2 years of experience or equivalent in related field Experience in document preparation, scanning, or imaging preferred Some copy job experience preferred May require valid driver s license and auto insurance per Ricoh policyKnowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent customer service skills Good PC skills Strong organizational and prioritization skills Mathematical and filing skills Ability to use office machines and technical equipment Attention to detail and ability to retain/repeat tasks accuratelyWorking Conditions Office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, normal temperature, and noise levels Work assignments are diversified; requires comprehension and application of complex material Some physical effort: standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing Walking between buildings may be necessary Moderate dexterity: calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordinationMetasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
