Salary Range: $30000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Use online platforms to pull foreclosure auction lists and search for sales results.
• Research deed records, appraisal district, and civil court records to find original debt on the foreclosed property, ultimately searching for an overage or 'excess proceeds'.
• Enter property debt information, owner information, and related documents into an online system/tracker.

• Paralegal or Real Estate/Title background is helpful/preferred but not required.
• Must have a servant's heart to help people!
• Must be ok with combing public records documents and navigating multiple screens
• Must be sleuthy and good at solving puzzles
• Must be able to type at least 50+ wpm
• Be capable of multitasking two screens at once
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• Must be proactive in problem solving
• Must have an 'investigative nature'
• Have no felonies
• Must have reliable transportation
• Preferably live near Arlington office location (within 20 min or less)
• Extensive training will be provided.
• NOT a remote position
• Hours M-F 8:30-5:30
• Hourly + Commission
