Job Opportunity: Document Imaging Specialist

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Document Imaging Specialist to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting physical records into high-quality digital assets while maintaining strict production and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the document conversion process by expertly preparing, sorting, and scanning hardcopy records to deliver high-quality electronic images that meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Imaging Center team to follow production procedures and maintain accurate internal documentation for seamless project tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a secure, clean, and regulatory-compliant work environment.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in document prep, scanning, or a fast-paced administrative environment.
  • Strong knowledge of PC operations and computer-related products to navigate imaging software efficiently.
  • Proven ability in maintaining high accuracy and detail while working at a sustained pace to meet production goals.
  • Ability to lift up to 10-15 lbs and complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

What We Offer:

  • Pay Rate: $18.75/hr - paid biweekly.
  • Schedule: Shifts Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
  • Location: 711 Executive Blvd, Valley Cottage, NY 10989.
