Are you ready to take your career to the next level?  ServiceLink, one of the top providers in the mortgage services industry, seeks an individual with a solid work history in the mortgage or real estate industry to join our team as a Document Generation Template Specialist.

 

As a Template Specialist, you will be focused on maintaining documentation related to the Loan Modification department at ServiceLink. You will also be tasked to assist with testing and confirming templates to maintain a high level of customer service for our clients to ensure our standard templates, and custom client templates are working as expected.

 

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

  • Create new and manage existing client documentation for template repository
  • Organize existing templates and documentation
  • Review and monitor investor changes/requirements that impact our templates
  • Assist with testing client requested changes to templates / investor requirements, including regression testing
  • Perform audit functions to ensure appropriate procedures are followed

 

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

You possess …

  • 2+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in financial services, mortgage servicing, or loss mitigation
  • Techincial skills in Word, Excel, and PDF editors
  • Excellent problem solving, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
  • A penchant for excellence, you will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards
  • The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to work effectively with minimal oversight, and in the face of frequent change and ambiguity

 

Responsibilities:
  • Create new and manage existing client documentation for template repository
  • Organize existing templates and documentation
  • Review and monitor investor changes/requirements that impact our templates
  • Assist with testing client requested changes to templates / investor requirements
  • Assist and trouble shoot client issues/requests
  • Develop/manage state requirements for recordable templates
  • Performs audit functions to ensure appropriate procedures are followed
  • Develops and executes workflow regression test cases for all products
  • Files descriptive and accurate defect reports as necessary
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • 2 or more years’ experience in Technical Writing, Quality Assurance or Loss Mitigation.
  • Effective in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Collaborative/enjoys working in teams
  • Self-starter/motivated
  • Creative and effective problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and competing deadlines
  • Time management skills
  • Detail oriented, organized and thorough
  • Critical reasoning and thinking skills, as well as detail oeriented individual required.
  • High computer skills/knowledge necessary. Must be proficient in typing, Microsoft Office and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
