    YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

    The Document Control Specialist is responsible for collecting, maintaining, and distributing all project documents.Thispositionwillassistalllevelsofstaffonaproject.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Performs administrative functions such as filing; correspondence log maintenance; processing incomingandoutgoingcorrespondenceandtransmittalsintothehardfileandelectronicdatabase system; record and store photographs; schedule meetings.

    • Managedocumentation,compliancereportingandallfilingsystemdevelopments.

    • AssistsinpreparationofreportsandPowerPointpresentations;developmentandupdatingof project administrative procedures and in maintenance of project manuals and library.

    • TracksandmanagestheresolutionofRFI’s,submittals,andchangeorders.

    • Reviews,logs,andactsuponincomingandoutgoingdocumentsassociatedwithproject.

    • Inputdailyprojectinformationintothecomputersystem.

    • WorkswithConstructionManagementTeamtoprepareandsubmitmonthlyreports.

    • Archivesallprojectrecordsandmaintainsrecord keepingofsuchdocuments.

    • Thedutiesandresponsibilitiesareintendedtodescribethegeneralnatureandscopeofworkbeing performed by this position.This is not acomplete listing and other duties will beassigned basedon the position’s role within the business unit.

    WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

    • AssociatedegreeinBusinessManagementorrelateddiscipline

    • Minimum1-yearpreviousdocumentcontrolexperience,preferablyinaconstructionenvironment

    • Canbeacombinationofeducation,training,andrelevantexperience

    • Computer,filing,and10-keyskills

    • Workunderpressureandadapttochangingrequirementswithapositiveattitude

    • Oralandwrittencommunicationskillsasforthe position

    WORKINGCONDITIONS:

    • Generalworkenvironment–sittingforextended periods, standing,walking,typing,carrying,pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

    • Occasionalliftingofupto30lbs.
