Join our dynamic team as a Consulting Document Control Specialist in the Manufacturing industry. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your expertise in quality documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role will require you to assist in the creation and revision of quality control procedures, work instructions, and forms. You will also be responsible for coordinating the review, approval, and distribution of quality documents to relevant stakeholders. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include ensuring all quality documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards and regulations. You will assist in the creation and revision of quality control procedures, work instructions, and forms. You will also coordinate the review, approval, and distribution of quality documents to relevant stakeholders. You will support internal and external audits by providing access to quality documentation and records. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to the quality documentation system. You will train and educate employees on the proper procedures for documenting quality-related information. You will also maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive quality documentation and information. You will observe all safety and ISO 9001/14001 Requirements and be responsible for adhering to the organization’s code of conduct, time and attendance and all other company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in using advanced quality control tools, instruments, and software. You will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. You will have excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. You will also have experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment and familiarity with industry quality standards and regulations. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role is required. You will have a proven track record of maintaining high quality standards and have a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards. Your ability to work well in a team and your commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality will make you a strong fit for this role.
