Job Title: Document Control Associate
Job Description
The Document Control Associate supports engineering teams by organizing, maintaining, and updating technical documentation for mechanical, electrical, and industrial projects. This role follows the direction of lead engineers to ensure that engineering documents, including P&IDs and drafting files, are accurate, consistent, and easy to access. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, documentation systems, and engineering teams within the oil and gas, pipeline, and energy sectors.

Work Environment
This role is based in an in-office setting with standard hours from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Covered parking is available for employees. The position supports engineering teams in the oil and gas, pipeline, and energy sectors, working with a variety of engineering documents and digital tools. The work environment offers two weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, and a flexible work schedule, providing a balanced and supportive setting for professionals who value both structure and flexibility.
