Job Description
Old Dominion University (ODU) invites applications for an open-rank tenured, ten-month faculty appointment in the Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) Program within the School of Rehabilitation Sciences in the Ellmer College of Health Sciences. We are seeking innovative and collaborative educator-scholars who are passionate about advancing occupational therapy education, scholarship, and service.
At ODU, the OTD program is defined by an occupation-centered curriculum designed to prepare practice scholars and leaders who will shape the future of the profession. About the Department
In addition to the OTD Program, the School of Rehabilitation Sciences offers a Doctor of Physical Therapy program, a Master of Athletic Training program, an undergraduate Recreational Therapy program, and a college-wide Kinesiology and Rehabilitation doctoral program. ODU recently merged with Eastern Virginia Medical School to form the new Macon & Joan Brock Virginia Health Sciences. This has created an exciting new collaborative environment with the programs available from each entity.
