- Supervise cargo and baggage handling, manage dock staff, and ensure safety compliance.

- Train, guide, and evaluate team members, exemplify customer service standards.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications include 1+ year as a Dock Lead and dock agent, valid driver’s license, effective communication, and ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Must pass background and drug screenings and hold necessary credentials. Physical activity and working outdoors or in confined spaces are required.
