Location: Corsicana, TX
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 8 AM - 4 PM | Monday - Friday

The Floor Is Yours. Here's How You'll Own It:
- Have previous experience in a warehouse lead, supervisor, shipping/receiving, or cross-dock environment.
- Are experienced with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking processes.
- Possess strong attention to detail and can accurately verify shipping documents, serial numbers, and freight information.
- Have the ability to lead by example and support a productive, team-oriented work environment.
- Are comfortable using tablets, iPads, and other technology tools (training provided).
- Demonstrate strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Can effectively coordinate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and management.
- Thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Are committed to maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in shipping and receiving operations.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee and support daily cross-dock operations to ensure efficient freight movement.
- Collect, review, and verify packing slips for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Match Bills of Lading (BOLs) with drivers and corresponding shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Verify pallets, freight, serial numbers, and shipment documentation before processing.
- Monitor workflow and provide direction and support to warehouse team members.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and shipping/receiving requirements.
- Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory, shipments, and operational data.
- Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies in coordination with drivers and warehouse staff.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, transportation partners, and management regarding operational updates and issues.
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and general warehouse operations as needed.
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
