As our Dock & Door Service Technician, you'll spend your days driving to customers' locations, evaluating their commercial loading dock/door systems, and performing hands-on services to get the equipment in peak operating order. You'll treat clients respectfully and provide great customer service as you diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. You'll test your repairs and maintenance to check equipment functioning and ensure everything works well before heading out to the next job. Since you'll represent our company while on the road, you'll need to keep your work vehicle organized, stay on top of routine maintenance, and maintain a neat and professional appearance.
