Completes cage wash activities check-lists, logs and documentation accurately and within appropriate time-frames. Documents and reports equipment malfunctions to management. Maintains proper record keeping of washer and sterilizer quality assurance testing.All actions are completed by strictly and consistently following applicable DLAR Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) including safety procedures and guidelines. Reports any suspected or actual deviations to SOPs or non-routine situations immediately to their Supervisor and/or Team Lead. Phones and other electronic devices must be left in locker while performing work duties. Mobile phone use will only be allowed during scheduled break time.
