Description
We are looking to hire a Stations Team General Laborer to join our operations team. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for both field and warehouse-based tasks to complete the assembly and on-street deployments of all DIVVY bike and scooter stations. The ideal candidate should have a valid Driver's License, excellent communication skills, and prior mechanical and technical experience, including hands-on experience with both hand and power tools.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
Using checklists to ensure the proper assembly and installation of new DIVVY station equipment
Testing station equipment prior to scheduled station deployments for functionality
Troubleshooting and replacement of non-functional station equipment prior to on-street installation
Operate a motor vehicle and/or crane truck to ensure deployment deadlines are met
Using company-issued equipment and technology to ensure functionality and accuracy of on-street equipment, post installation
Ensuring that all necessary reporting is accurate and completed in a timely manner, including hourly status updates to your manager(s)

The ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.

The ability to perform assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Has reliable access to transportation to and from work.
Possess a valid and active driver's license.
The ability to lift 75 lbs.
The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Forklift certification is preferred but not required
