Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Divisional Vice President, New Logo Sales to join our team.  This key leadership role will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in our Office of the CFO sales division, developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals.  This is a remote first role and reports into the Vice President of Sales.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed divisional revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to peak performance
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Drive innovation in sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on lease sales
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of lease industry trends, regulations, and financial instruments
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing sales professionals
  • Superior negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and financial analysis tools
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events

 

 

 

The salary range in United States of America for this position is 244,000.00 to 305,000.00 USD Annual.

Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications. For non-sales roles, you may be eligible for a bonus. For sales roles, this range includes a commission target.
