Divisional Sales Manager - Ready Mix Concrete

This Division currently consists of 4 regions to include: Arkansas, Wichita Falls TX, Willow Park TX and Dallas Fort Worth TX. • Inspirational leadership style with a proven track record of developing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to set priorities, multitask, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building trust-based relationships with customers, team members, and partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deep understanding of the local market and customer base, or a strong desire to become an expert in the ready mix concrete industry.
• Commitment to upholding SRM Concrete’s values of service, integrity, and teamwork in every interaction.
• Experience in sales management, business development, or contractor estimating/project management is highly valued.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the Division to support your team and meet with customers.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office/field environment, including Divisional travel and exposure to job sites and operational settings.
