Manage all training and educational processes for sales team and are in place and positioned to provide the best possible support to the sales organization. This position champions the development of the field sales training strategy. You will be responsible for new hire and advanced sales training, sales force automation, and staff development program for the US field sales organization. You will maintain measured improvements as demonstrated through on-going improved sales force productivity, customer satisfaction and recognition.QUALIFICATIONS* Bachelor's degree.
