Responsibilities:
The successful Division Service Manager will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for:
Works closely with the division staff and regional staff to ensure that company goals and metrics are achieved
Consistently assess and evaluate service KPI’s to ensure goals are being met
Provides strategic focus and planning to develop and retain business
Works in the field managing, coaching and providing support to increase the quality of service
Monitors performance of the service teams and branches and re-allocates resources to improve overall results
Meets and exceeds service targets through continuous service of new accounts
Coach and develop branch managers, service managers, and service technicians on customer service techniques, procedures and standards to help achieve sales and service targets
Identifies deficiencies, implements performance improvement plans and oversees progress
Works closely with the division leadership team to ensure customer retention and the success of the branches
Performs field evaluations and audits throughout all branches
Ensures implementation of company programs, initiatives and operational guidelines
Participates in manager meetings and training programs
Monitors regulatory compliance with state and federal agencies
We Offer...
We offer an initial base salary of $120,000 - $130,000 per year with a bonus structure that rewards outstanding performance. The salary is potentially negotiable based on the candidate's experience and expertise.

Qualifications:
What do you need to be successful?
Bachelors Degree or equivalent required
Ability to travel within the Northeast Division footprint (Maine to Virginia) approximately 75% of the time
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide licenses and certifications (company paid)
Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients
What will my work environment be like?
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
