Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives across our Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) division. This role is ideal for a highly motivated healthcare business development professional with a proven track record of driving referrals, developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and exceeding growth goals.
The Director of Business Development will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, increasing referral sources, strengthening community relationships, analyzing market opportunities, and supporting the expansion of behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment services. This individual will work closely with operational leadership to drive patient growth, improve market penetration, and support strategic expansion initiatives throughout assigned regions.
The successful candidate understands how to build and maintain strong referral networks, develop trust with key stakeholders, and turn market intelligence into measurable business results.
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
The CTC Director of Business Development (DBD) is primarily responsible for evaluating external opportunity
assessments, intelligence gathering, and analysis of the marketplace for aiding in siting, creating and uncovering business opportunities which expand the Division’s operational services. These opportunities will lie in, but not limited to: De Novo CTCs, Relocations, OBOTs, Mobile Vans, Mobile Components, Medication Units, and any local (HOC), state (DOC) or federal (FBP) incarceration facility. The DBD is expected to work closely with but not limited to: Regional Project & Facilities Manager(s), CTC Regional VPs, CTC Regional Directors and Clinic Directors.

Calculated Salary Range for role: $95,000/year - 120,000/year
