Position Summary

The Department of Pediatrics at UNC Children's is recruiting an open-rank, open-track (fixed term, tenure/tenure-track, or variable track) faculty member, who will serve as Division Chief of Pediatric Cardiology to lead and expand the division's clinical, educational, and research missions. The division provides comprehensive pediatric and congenital cardiology services across the continuum of care, supports a strong culture of clinical excellence and quality improvement, and serves as a central educational resource for the Department of Pediatrics and UNC Children's Hospital.

The Division Chief oversees all clinical operations, including inpatient and outpatient pediatric cardiology services, advanced cardiac imaging, cardiac catheterization and interventional programs, heart failure and transplant services, fetal cardiology, and care for patients with congenital heart disease across the lifespan.
