Job Description

Diversification Support Coordinator
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
Location: HHS Home Office
Work Scheduled: Standard Hours, M - F (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

The Diversification Support Coordinator works with the VP of Strategic Initiatives to support the newest HHS divisions, beyond the centralized functions managed by the HHS corporate office. The Support Coordinator serves as a resource to operations management for special projects and ongoing responsibilities ranging from account research, expense reports, proposal support, travel assistance, meeting planning, project management, various administrative workflows, KPI reporting, shipping logistics, certifications, and more (including, but not limited to, the responsibilities listed below).

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support for diversification teams, including meeting scheduling, expense reports, vendor setup, invoice submissions, KPI reporting, billing assistance, etc.

  • Logistics, shipping, and onsite inventory coordination for robotics and other divisions

  • RFP assistance

  • Collaboration with colleagues at the corporate office to solve issues and minimize administrative work for operations leadership

  • Ongoing review of existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiencies

Project/Ad-Hoc Support

  • Assist corporate and operational leadership with ad-hoc requests for information or assistance.

  • Utilize Salesforce, Zoho, Workday, the HHS intranet, and corporate colleagues to serve as a resource for the divisions on internal data, contacts, and processes

  • Provide logistical support for division and/or company-wide meetings as needed, including travel/lodging arrangements, note-taking, catering, etc.

  • Coordinate certifications, registrations, and accreditations for the newer divisions in partnership with corporate colleagues and resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred

  • 2+ years in an administrative or business support role

  • Resourceful work style, takes ownership, and completes projects with minimal direction

  • Flexible problem solver, adaptable to evolving priorities; and

  • Proven success in the areas of project management and cross-department collaboration

Not Required But a Big Plus

  • Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish
