The job of instructional coach was established for the purpose/s of assisting classroom teachers in the development of strategies, skills, tools, and techniques of effective teaching.
Must hold a valid TN teaching license and have at least ten years of verified classroom teaching experience, and/or instructional leadership experience preferred.
Salary is based on degree level and years of verified teaching experience. These positions are for 120 days with no benefits.
