    Description

    Coke Florida is looking for a District Sales Manager based out of our Palm Beach location. We're currently looking for First shift, working Monday - Friday.

    What You Will Do:

    As a Coke Florida District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales execution in all local, regional, and national assigned accounts. The district sales manager will be responsible for the execution of all sales priorities and initiatives within established P&L budgets.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    The District Sales Manager will have full responsibility for sales execution in all local, regional and national assigned FSOP accountsResponsible for the execution of all sales priorities and initiativesUnderstand P&L and manage budgetsResponsible for identifying and developing core talent, including stewardship of the People Development Forum at the Account Manager levelCoach and develop the team of direct reports while ensuring a culture of learning and development exists throughout the selling organizationResponsible for relationships with accounts serving as the connection point with Sales area leadership in operationsRegular interaction with store level and local chain leadersAccountable for selling in and adherence to calendar marketing agreements.
