We are looking for a District Manager to join our Southern Key division, supporting the growth of KEYper Systems solutions across your assigned territory. In this role, you will work directly with dealerships, fleet operators, and other organizations to deliver asset control and security solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce risk. This is a field-based, customer-facing role for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships, demonstrating technical solutions, and driving new business growth.What You''ll Do
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within your territory
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within automotive, fleet, and related industries
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase KEYper Systems solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
Maintain an active pipeline and accurate forecasting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to drive profitable growth
Expand existing accounts while acquiring new customers to grow market share
Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Partner with internal teams to support customer onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction
Travel extensively within your region to meet with customers and attend industry events
What Makes You Successful You'll be successful in this role if you're a proactive, results-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities. You're comfortable working in a technical sales environment, able to understand customer challenges and present solutions that deliver real operational value.
You're also highly self-motivated and disciplined, able to manage your territory, pipeline, and travel schedule independently. You communicate effectively, build trust quickly with decision-makers, and are confident navigating complex sales conversations from initial outreach through closing.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience in a territory or regional role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (up to 75%)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into automotive dealerships, fleet operations, or related industries
Experience with asset management, security systems, or technical product sales
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
Experience presenting and demonstrating technical solutions
