Key Responsibilities
Oversee sales, operations, and profitability of multiple restaurants within your district
Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers and leadership teams to meet brand standards
Drive operational efficiency and profitability through strong financial management and field leadership
Execute local store marketing initiatives to build community presence and grow sales
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales trends, labor, and food costs
Ensure compliance with food safety, company policies, and labor regulations
Support new store openings and operational improvements as needed
Partner with franchise owners and senior leaders on staffing, training, and marketing
Develop future leaders and succession plans to grow the team
Qualifications
Experienced multi-unit leader in QSR, hospitality, or retail industries
Strong financial management and operational problem-solving skills
Effective coach and communicator with a passion for people development
Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, food safety, and guest service
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities with regular travel between locations
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Eligible to work in the United States and meet minimum age requirements
