Group of 6 busy automotive repair shops within NH with the strong possibility of more shops being added on in the near future.Job Description:The right candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mentality and will be tasked with finding the Manager/Face of the locations they oversee. Candidate will be directly interacting with customers as well as coaching and leading their direct reports and teams. Management experience in the automotive industry a plus but willing to train the right candidate. A proven track record of increasing sales is a must for this position. Deep understanding of accountability in the work place and leading from the front is a must.Candidate will need to be a self starter who owns their locations and drives results. A strong background in leadership, sales, and the customer experience will translate well. Automotive Management experience strongly recommended but not required.Pay:Year 1 earning potential: $120,000-$175,000Base salary with commission and bonus'Performance based pay scale Schedule:5 day work weekSaturdays are a requirementSome holidays requiredBenefits:Healthcare with employer contribution401k with employer matchVacation
