Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage all operational activities.
• Oversee product production, inventory management, and personnel performance.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to enhance financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with operational guidelines set by corporate.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a High School Diploma.
• At least 3 years of management experience in a QSR restaurant.
• Detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume situations.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
