Overview

We are partnering with a national guest services and valet company operating across hospitality, healthcare, and commercial verticals to find a District Manager for their West Coast healthcare division. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role stepping into an environment that needs strong leadership, operational discipline, and relationship-building with key clients.

The District Manager will oversee a portfolio of 13 healthcare sites across the greater LA and Orange County area, with occasional travel to the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. Services across these sites include valet, patient transport, shuttle operations, and front desk/reception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across 13 healthcare service sites, ensuring brand standards, cleanliness, and service quality are consistently met
  • Directly manage and develop 16 Account Managers, providing coaching, performance oversight, and leadership support
  • Own P&L across all sites, identify financial discrepancies, and drive operational improvements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key healthcare accounts
  • Identify business development opportunities within the existing client portfolio and support expansion into new accounts
  • Conduct regular site visits, observing front-of-house operations and ensuring service delivery meets expectations
  • Collaborate with internal HR and operations teams to support staffing, compliance, and workforce management

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven multi-site, multi-unit management experience with direct oversight of both people and P&L
  • Background in industries such as retail, car rental, hospitality, or similar high-volume, customer-facing environments
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to read, interpret, and act on P&L data
  • Empathetic leadership style with an understanding of the sensitivity required in healthcare-adjacent environments
  • Extroverted, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating in a white-glove service culture
  • Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus

Requirements

  • 5+ years of multi-unit or multi-site management experience
  • Experience working in the hospitality, large retail, or parking industry is required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop managers (not just frontline staff)
  • Comfortable with regular local travel across LA and Orange County
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; exceptional candidates without a degree will be considered
