    Job Overview:Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for coaching, strategy, and driving sales performance? KI is seeking a District Leader who will lead, coach, mentor and develop the district sales and administrative support team in North Texas. The ideal candidate will live in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area.As a District Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our district's success. Your role will include:Coaching & Development:

    Mentor and coach staff to enhance personal effectiveness and territory managementCreate monthly coaching plans and quarterly action plans to meet sales goalsConduct field visits and support customer call planningDeliver ongoing training and skill development for all team members

    Strategic & Operational Planning:

    Administrative Leadership:

    Foster engagement with key industry groupsLead regular team meetings to ensure alignment and performanceManage corporate policy implementation and complianceOversee recruitment onboarding and performance managementCollaborate with Corporate departments to support field initiatives

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience2-3 years of sales experience2-5 years of sales management experienceLike industry experience desirable
