GATEWAY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT CLASSIFIED VACANCY District Department Secretary - Special Education - District Office (8.00 hrs/day) Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break) SALARY: $19.76 - $28.57 per/hr - Range G 245 work days (16 District paid Holidays) Includes contribution to a retirement system and access to health, dental, and vision benefits with District contribution. *Special qualifications including knowledge, skills, & abilities: -Knowledge of procedures pertaining to Special Education desired; -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; -Aeries, Escape and SEIS experience preferred; REQUIREMENTS: -Pass the General Clerical Exam at the 60th percentile or above. (Exam is administered by the District). -Type 60 net words per minute on a 5-minute timed writing. (No on-line certificates accepted. Typing certificate must be submitted with application and may not be over one year old). Application must be submitted online through the EdJoin website.
