JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Chief Deputy District Clerk responsible for performing complex duties related to supporting various courts for the District Clerks Office. Level I of II in Court Specialists.

Do you possess two (2) years of clerical experience with one (1) year in a court or legal setting; OR one (1) year experience in a Williamson County Deputy District Clerk position?

Do you have one (1) year of cash handling experience?

Do you have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams and One Drive?

Do you possess or have the ability to obtain a valid drivers license within 30 days of hire?

Due to the nature of this position, the successful applicant must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal records check. The offer of employment will be contingent upon a non-disqualifying criminal history background check, provided by County. I am able to meet this requirement.
