Partners with the District Manager and store leadership to drive execution of store operating systems, policies, procedures, and processes. Works directly with district and store leaders to create a strategy and action plan that will address opportunities to improve the customer experience while controlling expenses and maximizing margins. Responsible for teaching and training of store operations managers throughout the organization on all aspects of their role.
