Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor to lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20-60 associates in a fast‑paced, high‑volume distribution environment. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high‑quality inbound and outbound operations while driving productivity, accuracy, and continuous improvement across a 24/7 operation. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, leads by example, and brings strong problem‑solving and communication skills.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop associates by providing coaching, training, and day‑to‑day support to help them meet expectations.
• Manage daily warehouse operations by overseeing staffing, workflow, equipment use, and shift coordination to keep everything running smoothly.
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety goals on a consistent basis.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements by reviewing performance metrics, identifying issues, and applying lean principles.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA and company safety standards and promoting a safety‑first culture.
• Support additional operational needs and leadership initiatives as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Associate's degree preferred, with at least three years of related experience; or at least five years of related experience without a degree.
• Proven leadership experience guiding teams, managing performance, and building a positive work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to review data and implement practical solutions.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving setting.
• Basic proficiency with SAP, Word, and Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
