Job Description

• Develop branch work plans to achieve set targets.
• Align plans with all operational divisions including the sales team.
• Identify potential issues and resolve branch-level problems.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain service levels in line with established standards.

Job Requirement

• Candidate own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major.
• At least 4 years of experience as an Branch Manager, DC Manager, or similar role.
• Experienced in leading team.
• Excellent analytical skill & communication skill.
